Here's a personnel move I did not expect to happen over at Cloud Imperium Games. Brian Chambers, the Vice President of Game Development, has stepped away from the company.
After 11 amazing years at CIG it’s time for me to step aside and watch from the sidelines.

From starting a new studio in Frankfurt to helping run a Dev team of 800+ across 5 separate time zones, it’s been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.
Time for an overdue break then…
I don't know if this is good news for the release of Squadron 42 or bad. Is the game far enough along in development that such a critical leader in the company can leave without issues arising? Rumors have it we might find out sometime in May.
